What is the process for being hired at Texas Healthcare Staffing?

What level of experience is required for a position with THS?

Applicants must possess the education, state licensure or certification and training in their particular disciplines. The level of experience necessary for jobs. The level of experience necessary for jobs varies by the position.

What if I need help after business hours?

We are here for you 7 days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

Are there a minimum number of shifts required to be considered Per diem?

We require a minimum availability of 4 shifts per month. We reserve the right to change this requirements at anytime.

Are there any fees associated a with applying with THS?

No, there are not any fees to apply.

Do you offer referral bonuses?

Yes, you are paid a bonus for each referred person we hire. Unlike many other staffing companies, the residual bonus is paid to you for every hour that person works and remain as an employee with Texas Healthcare Staffing.

After I submit my application, am I under any obligation to work for THS?

No, our application is a way for us to get to know you and help us determine if you meet the requirements for employment with THS.
